Need some help pushing through the torture? Think about how a broad set of shoulders can work wonders. By training them, your arms look bigger, your back looks thicker, and your waist looks slimmer. And the stronger they are, the more weight you'll be able to move during chest, back, triceps, and biceps exercises.
